In its favor we can say it has a very intuitive interface, It features a variety of sources that can bebut than enough in most cases, being online office suitebut complete that exists right now.
It is alsowysiwyg (What you see is what you get), allows export to a large number of formats such aspdf, html, word, etc. and very interesting is the possibility offered to perform version control.
Zoho Writer can work offline as it can store the working documents on the local hard disk plus organize them into folders, but only in the case of export documents. You can also import them from other sites.
Allows collaborative editing and direct web publishing and / or personal blogs. It also allowsdownload and view documents created directly from any office suite typeOpenOffice, LibreOffice, GoogleDocs, etc.
ButZoho Writer It has a number of drawbacks as, features to which we are accustomed are not available. For example organize documents in folders in the cloud and will not allow forces to establish the type of document from its name. Or for example no spell checker while writing. We are used to it andZoho I takes spell checker but do not support 'on the fly'.

4.1 Work withZoho Writer
The first thing we do is create a new file (Archive > New) and keep trying different options provided, similarly to as we would any other word processor.

The top bar has a series of drop-down tabs with all the functions grouped together: Format, Insert, Revision, Cooperate, Views, Configuration of pages and Emails. When we click on one of them, the buttons available below it change.
From the optionsRevision we can apply the spell checker to the entire document. We can also select the dictionary that we will apply, search with substitution, etc.
If we want to enable the corrector in Spanish from Spain we must go toConfiguration (top menu bar) and in the window ofSettings select language.

For this, what we must do is select an export format (Archive > Export as) and it gives us the option to save it wherever we say, including the possibility of creating folders.

We can recover the file created in subsequent sessions by accessingArchive > Opened. Opens a side window in which it shows our files to which we can apply different classification criteria.
This window also shows the folder with the files that other users have shared with us., the trash can, etc. The window has a side tab that allows you to 'hide it’ or ‘bring her’.
The eyelashViews shows us different options to view our document. For example, our default Tests file looks like Normal View. We can see it as Page, see your HTML code in a pop-up window or see how it would look if we were to print it.

The first button on the left allows you to edit the user's profile. User status can be changed. Go from available to busy or invisible, similar to chatgmail.

Clicking on the link shows the name of the file on which the modification has been made and which user has made it.
The next button, of the sandwiches, refers to the chat. In principle the chat is not active. To activate it we go to the upper menu ofZoho, inApplicationsZoho we check that it isChat. We enter and show a welcome message:

4.2 File menu option

By pressing onGoogle Authentication shows us the request for us to grant gadgets.zoho.com access to our documents on GoogleDocs.
We can deny this accessbut late from 'My account'.
We already have our Google documents availabledocs and we can select the one we need and then import it toZoho and work on it.
Once we have worked on the document we can save it. The next time we want to work on it, it will appear as a document open inZoho (Archive > Opened).

4.3 Zoho Writer versus GoogleDocs
